GRADING DOCUMENTS
Kindergarten & 1st Grade
Our school does a Standards Based Grading report card for kindergarten and 1st grade in the following subjects: English Language Arts, French Language Arts, and Math. For the subjects of Social Science, PE, Music, Art, and Conduct, students receive a grade of S (Satisfactory), N (Needs Improvement) or U (Unsatisfactory)
Grade 2 and Up
Letter grades of A, B, C, D, or F will be earned in ELA and Mathematics. ELA includes all English Language Arts (reading, writing, listening, speaking, grammar) and French Language Arts (reading, writing, listening, speaking, grammar).
A = 93% - 110%
B = 85% - 92%
C = 75% - 84%
D = 67% - 74%
F = 0% - 66%
All other subjects (Science, Social Studies, P.E. and/or Arts) will be graded with O (Outstanding), S (Satisfactory), G (Good), N (Need Improvement), or U (Unsatisfactory).
O = 93% - 110%
S = 85% - 92%
G = 75% - 84%
N = 67% - 74%
U = 0% - 66%
